This is what we have DONE!:

(Phase 1 of 3) due Wednesday, 8:00am CST of Week 10 : One printed report placed in a three holes binder. The report shall include but not be limited to the following: � Part 1 – Describe the mission of Habitat for Humanity � Part 2 – Project Information 2.1. Contact information of the person from a COMPANY that is not from Habitat for Humanity that will work with you to prepare the project SCHEDULE AND that you will INTERVIEW and VIDEO TAPE (Name of the Company, Name of the contact person, position, telephone, fax, e-mail, etc). 2.2. Description of your specific project (usage of the building, main characteristics, areas, location, etc). See Attachment 1. 2.3. ALL information relevant for scheduling the project (drawings, quantity take-off, specifications, etc). 2.4. Proof that ALL members visited at least once the site of your project (Ex: Picture on the site)

IMPORTANT: The team has to have access to one or more site of the ONE Project Type to TAKE PICTURES. (Example: access to multiple houses at different level of completion, if possible) � Part 3 – Project Questionnaire 3.1 Questions to be asked to a SCHEDULER that does NOT work with Hattiesburg Area Habitat for Humanity. INCLASS STUDENTS: � Part 4- Schedule (Using SureTrak) The schedule should have between 40 and 70 activities.

4.7. TWO ANNOTATED Picture per activity LINKED to the Gantt chart (Either from the same project or a similar project). Annotated (with 2 to 5 line of text) in this context means describe the BEST CONSTRUCTION process so Volunteers can build the house PROPERLY.

YOUR INSTRUCTIONS:

Each of you will have to get 2 pictures per activity, and write 2-5 lines of text describing how someone who has never done construction can perform the activity.

 You will have 8 activities/person. o 2 pictures/activity o Instructions on how to perform the activity (for someone who is not a construction person)

 You will need to put your 2 pictures for each activity into a PowerPoint along with the instructions. o The PowerPoint template is attached and will be available on the wiki page under FINAL PROJECT TEAM 1 o You each will need to update and upload the most recent version of the PowerPoint to Wiki: . On the left menu (at the bottom on the WikiPage) . Click on upload file . Upload your file named as Team1_Phase2_Powerpoint_PUT YOUR VERSION # HERE.ppt  DO NOT SAVE OVER SOMEONE ELSES  YOU WILL ADD ON TO THE VERSION ABOVE YOURS AND SAVE IT AS A NEW VERSION . To get it on the WIKI:  Copy the destination file name  Go to finial project o Team 1 o Edit page (make sure you sign in!) o Use the same format as the template (put your file after image) .
