In a rapidly changing healthcare environment, consumers want more than figures and plan benefit summaries. They want a company that will help them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, making complicated information clearer and simpler.

At Healthfirst, we support our members by providing access to primary care and preventive services. We also offer care management programs that work with members’ physicians to help monitor chronic conditions. In addition, for members who qualify, we coordinate access to vital healthcare and social services.

Healthfirst is truly a local health insurance company. We have thirteen community offices and three kiosk locations in the New York metropolitan area, and stationed at high-traffic locations and community events we have RVs that serve as mobile member enrollment and information outlets. Members can meet with a Healthfirst representative in person to get help with questions they might have, including finding a provider, paying a plan premium, and more.

As our portfolio of health insurance plans continues to grow, we remain committed to quality, to member satisfaction, and to serving more of our New York neighbors.
