The introduction must have two components:
1. Set the research question into context (how it relates to existing knowledge).
2. Explain why the research question is significant and worthy of investigation.

I strongly encourage you to break down your body of the essay into subsections.
Conclusion
The conclusion must have two components:
1. An answer to the research question is clearly stated.
a. Yes, even if your conclusion is inconclusive. However this usually only happens in the Natural Sciences. (you will not lose points for this).
2. The answer to the research question is consistent with the evidence presented in the body.

Bibliography
Further advice:
1. Use a serif font (Times New Roman or Tahoma are examples) because it is more readable than san- serif. (This is in Calibri, which works too!) 2. Text should be 12 point
3. DOUBLE SPACE
4. Indent all paragraphs
5. Use appropriate margins on all sides
6. Use consistent pagination throughout—either in running head (header) or centered at bottom (footer). Do not put your name in the header or footer on each page.
