Yards The landscaping to consist of 22 Evergreen Natural Barrier (Dwarf Alberta Spruce) to be 1 & 6 22 Trees 7. spaced evenly on South Side Parking Addition 8. All City Permits 9. Total Bid Proposal All work shall be done in accordance with the City Ordinances, drawings, specification, and all city codes. Where differences occur within the above references, the CDBG program specifications will apply.
Bids shall be submitted for each proposal item as listed above and will be evaluated on the total lump sum.
Typical locations of the work to be preformed shall be as directed by the contract documents and the Dearborn Heights Community and Economic Development Department (refer to bid drawings)
In the event of a situation in the field that will require extra work within the contract specifications, a change order may be requested. The change order must be approved by the Director of the Community and Economic Development Department.
A pre-construction meeting is required.
This Project is funded entirely by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This Project is subject to all Federal Rules and Regulations (refer to all related bid documents).
