Obituaries The Chairman asked everyone to stand in memory of those who had died in the last year and whose names had been notified to the Association. 387 Minutes of the Previous Meeting

It was proposed, Lt Col R Towns, and seconded, Mr P Finlayson, that the minutes of the previous meeting on 18th July 2008 be accepted as a true record of the proceedings. This was agreed by all present.

388 Matters Arising from the Previous Meeting 2 (i) Newsletter: the Chairman expressed concern that the reporting and writing of obituaries was not working. In the case of the death of a former officer RHQ were accessing information from records but in the case of O/R’s it was reliant upon a person who knew the deceased to write an obituary. It was felt that it was not necessary to always have an obituary but in lieu of that should 3
