This was agreed by all present.</p><p>388 Matters Arising from the Previous Meeting 2 (i) Newsletter: the Chairman expressed concern that the reporting and writing of obituaries was not working. In the case of the death of a former officer RHQ were accessing information from records but in the case of O/R’s it was reliant upon a person who knew the deceased to write an obituary. It was felt that it was not necessary to always have an obituary but in lieu of that should 3</p>
