Here is a message I posted on the board (#19137) to kind of explain the progress of this oral HCG recipe so far. – GLORIA

Hi Lynnee--

One of the things you're confronted with is the fact that this diet protocol is new to the U.S (and to other parts of the world, for that matter). It was brought to our attention by Kevin Trudeau's book "The Weight Loss Cure" who pointed the way to the original discoverer, Dr. A. W. T. Simeons and his manuscript "Pounds & Inches" (see the Files section of this dicusssion board). David Yancey started this discussion group just a few months ago and it has been growing ever since while we share our ideas as this develops.

Currently there is an oral hcg product called Releana for which the owner of the spa has done a patent application. You get it through Millenium Medical Spa which is located in Newport Beach, CA. She has begun marketing it to doctors and clinics across the U.S. but it is not available everywhere as yet. From what I understand, a 30-day supply (a 15 ml bottle--about the size of your thumb) is $250. She does not charge you for the medical visit before you start the program but I don't know if other doctors and clinics are charging an office visit in addition to the $250 for the bottle of oral hcg she calls Releana.

The other delivery method is by injection. You can get instructions and other information by looking in the "Files" section of this discussion group. You can also find various sites on the internet which will offer the program for as much as $2,500 for the program depending on how much weight you have to lose.

I put together the homemade oral recipe based on a note another poster put on this discussion board about 1-1/2 months ago. I wasn't sure absolutely that it would work, but she had said it worked fine for her so I figured out the ratio of B12 sublingual to hcg and what the various potencies would be at various levels. It was an experiment and a work in progress.

Since that time, I have done a huge amount of research on the subject of hcg to the point of neglecting my business and family (I have wonderful employees and an excellent, patient family, thank heaven!) and now I feel that I have made a breakthrough which would make it very easy to make a homemade ORAL HCG which is not a violation of anyone's patents and which would have a 30 day shelf life and which would be safe to take orally.

I have a list of volunteers who want to be guinea pigs in this project so I have sent them a note to let them know so they can decide if they still want to participate. I have a phone call to make to a chemist on Monday and I'm waiting for one last ingredient to arrive (hopefully today or Monday) and then I can begin testing. I will test this personally and my girlfriend here locally is going to test it as will her daughters I'm sure. We talked about it last night and we're all excited about this breakthrough which I will support by including links to the documents on which I'm basing my decisions.

Once I have had an opportunity to test this new concept and once I feel confident it's supportable and working, I plan to release it to everyone and make the instructions very clear, including where to get the tools necessary to make your own homemade oral hcg. Until I test it, however, I can't release that information because that would be wrong. I believe I will be able to very soon. Lynee, because I have weighed as much as 425 lbs. myself, I know what a prison being obese is and I want to make this something ANYONE can do, no matter how much or how little the amount of weight they want to lose and no matter their basic economic situation. Everyone on this board has been very patient and I really appreciate that. I'm trying hard to make this a success and to not let them down.

Lynee, like I said above, this is a new diet to the U.S. The FDA does not currently believe the hcg has any ability to help one get rid of abnormal fat but the people on this board are living proof that it does. There isn't anything "spelled out" as yet because the folks on this board are learning as they go--they are pioneers. If you require an exactly laid out process by which you can do this then I refer you to the Millenium Medical Spa, the injection instructions in the Files section of this discussion board, or to one of the medical clinics which can be found on the internet.

Hope that helps,

GLORIA

ORAL HCG: Make your own at home!

By GLORIA (gonna_get_there)

8/13/07--I am still working on potency issues but to get around that, one can mix the oral every seven (7) to ten (10) days for optimal freshness until I do more testing.

NOTE: DO NOT USE RUBBING ALCOHOL to make this recipe! Rubbing Alcohol is poisonous when taken internally! Just use good distilled liquor (rum, vodka, gin, etc.). DO NOT USE RUBBING ALCOHOL!!

*****REMEMBER! You are all adults here. Please take personal responsibility for yourselves. I am NOT a doctor!*******

In a small (10-15 ml) amber glass bottle mix:

For 1,500 IU ampules:

4 ml of a liquid (distilled water or sublingual B12 liquid) 1 ml of alcohol (distilled, such as gin, vodka or rum—NOT RUBBING ALCOHOL) 1 1,500 IU ampoule of hCG

Use the 1 ml of alcohol to reconstitute the hCG and add that to the 4 ml of liquid. If you don’t want to use alcohol, just leave it out and use 5 ml of a liquid (distilled water or sublingual B12 liquid) use part of your liquid to reconstitute your hCG, ensuring you have a total of 5 ml of liquid with hCG mixed in when you’re done.

If you take a .35 ml dose twice a day it gives you a dosage of 214 IU per day for 7 days.

For 5,000 IU ampules:

13 ml of a sublingual liquid B12 complex 2 ml of alcohol (I used 80 proof gin—DO NOT USE RUBBING ALCOHOL!) 5000 IU of hcg reconstituted (I used some of the alcohol to reconstitute the hcg)

The above gives you 333 IU per day (plenty and equivalent to what the Releana users take) if you take a .5 ml dose once in the morning and once in the evening (a total of 1 ml per day). The mixture is enough for 15 days. If you want to stick to a 7 day mixing cycle, just share ½ of it with a friend. Keep it in the refrigerator.

Some might think it strange that I used alcohol, but it's commonly used when making a tincture in herbology. The desirable qualities of some herbs can only be extracted by using alcohol. Also, I believe the alcohol will have a preservative effect, too. The small amount of alcohol acts to improve absorbability and doesn't have any effect on your system at that small of a dosage. The B12 mix just helps augment your supplements intake level.

(You can use any little bottle, but an amber glass bottle is recommended in the making of tinctures, too, as exposure to sunlight, etc., can be damaging to the efficacy of formulations. The dark color of the bottle acts to protect the ingredients inside.)

I did not worry about pH levels when I originally posted the first version of the recipe, but I’m doing further research about that. I’ve counted on the formulation of the B12 complex, already intended to be taken sublingually, to have a pH level which would not be adversely affected by the addition of the hcg or the small amount of alcohol. As I say, I’m doing further research as time allows.

I originally ordered the B12 complex from Amazon.com but you can get B12 sublingual liquid from any good vitamins and supplements website.

For accurate dosing, I ordered what is called a Slip-Tip Disposable Tuberculin Syringes in a 1 ml size (a syringe with no needle, but with accurate markings on the sides) and, using a chemical-proof marking pen, marked the .5 mls dosage on the syringe. You open the bottle, dip the syringe in, pull up to the .5 ml line, and squirt under the tongue. Hold there as long as you can and then, okay to swallow. That's your dose, twice a day. I space my dosings approx. 12 hours apart (i.e., 7:30 a.m. when I get up and 7:30 p.m. for the 2nd dose).

I mixed the hcg inside its ampoule by using a hypodermic needle I have to squirt the alcohol into the ampoule. (I originally got the hypo for re-filling my fountain pen cartridges. Don't worry, I treated everything in a sterile fashion!) I then used the hypodermic needle to extract the reconstituted hcg from the ampoule and then to inject it into the 15 ml bottle of the mix. I'm sure you lose a little of the hcg just because of some clinging to the hypo, etc., but I would still estimate the IUs are pretty accurate, all things considered.

I believe, too, that, because you're taking it sublingually, you don't need to be as sterile as with an injection, so, this could be easier for a lot of people who might want to try this method. This is not to be taken that you can be sloppy while doing this--you should always have as clean a mixing situation as you can and use precautions to prevent contamination.

You will get eyed with suspicion (sp?) if you try to get a syringe from the pharmacy at your local store but if you look in the baby section, they have rubber-topped (squeeze bulb), plastic tubes with ml markings which can be substituted for a syringe. I like the syringe better for dosing, but something from the baby section can be substituted.

If you google "slip tip disposable tuberculin syringe" you can find them individually. They are used for hand-feeding baby birds so you can find them at pet supply websites.

One other note: I believe you could probably do the above with just distilled water, alcohol, and hcg, too, but I haven't tried that. Besides, the B12 complex is good for you!
