I have a duty to immediately supplement, in writing, anything new or changing through the end of any lease if I lease including any subsequent conduct which would result in a different response. AUTHORIZATION I authorize Lessor and its counsel now and in future for any or no reason including collections to check public or private records or investigate, credit, criminal, employment, character and references including interviewing anyone. Landlord and its agents may contact anybody referenced in this application if I ever owe landlord money. I authorize everyone listed in this application, or anyone requested by Lessor or its counsel, to release any information or documents requested. Applicant will provide and sign any required requests to provide information. A faxed, copied, or email scan or this release is sufficient.

RELEASE I release, save harmless and indemnify Lessor, its agents and attorney and those who provide information of and from any and all allegations, claims, causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever in any way growing out of or connected with this application, processing, or investigation, whether known or not, anticipated or not, discoverable or not, present or future, whether arising direct or not, including Lessor’s attorney fees.

LEASE . I have read the sample Lease and can and will comply with each provision if I am accepted. Application does not imply an invitation to lease. If Application is accepted I will execute Lease within any deadline given which could be within 24 hours of acceptance. If Application is accepted and landlord does not timely deliver possession, landlord is not liable for any damages. If Application is accepted and I later leave personal property, anyone mentioned in this Application may be given my personal property in the event of my abandonment, illness or death.

No oral agreement is binding. Application is with Lessor, not Lessor’s employees, agents, contractors or representatives, who have no authority to waive, amend, make promises, representations or agreements. Applicant waives any requirement of disposal of any consumer information, including 682 CFR 682.1 et seq.
