Sunday School Parent Survey Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. Your answers will help raise the level of effectiveness in ministry to the children. When you turn in your completed survey, you can receive a coupon for $5 off a Hands-On Bible or a coupon for a free kids meal at Old Country Buffet. If you have more than one child, your coupon can be used for each child in your family.

We would like to make sure that your child’s Sunday School grade corresponds with their elementary school grade. Please inform Audrey Tsay today if your child is not moving to the next grade in elementary school so we can make the appropriate adjustments for curriculum.
