National Geographic–Countries: A great resource for basic facts, beautiful photos, and maps. First select the continent where your country is located and then find your country in the list of places.

National Geographic Kids–Explore the Countries of the World: Read facts, look at photos, and watch videos of countries of the world.

CIA-The World Factbook: A great resource for just about everything on your tri-fold including statistics for your graph, country flags, photos, facts, and maps. Just select your country from the drop down menu in the upper right corner.

Encyclopedia of the Nations: The detailed nation profiles are categorized by continent and alphabetically arranged and consist of information about each country such as the population, history, ethnic groups, culture, language, transportation, government structure, and technology.

Every Culture: Wonderful website for your essay and/or tri-fold. Includes information on a variety of cultural topics for countries around the world. It is listed in ABC order by groups. This website includes some interesting information on multicultural groups in America.

Food in Every Country: This website is a great resource for recipes and other information for every country.

BBC News-Country Profiles: Full profiles provide an instant guide to history, politics and economic background of countries and territories, and background on key institutions.
