___ 3. How would you contribute to a positive climate in the classroom?
___ 4. Give examples of developmentally appropriate child initiated and teacher initiated activities.
___5. At the conclusion of the program year, how do you measure success?
___ 6. What do you think is the most important aspect that a kindergartener works on and, what is the most important aspect that a preschool classroom imparts to the child?
___ 7. What is your role in interacting with parents and describe how you would build trusting relationships with families?
___8. How do you promote continued development of a child’s home language as well as the acquisition of English for Dual Language Learners?
___9. Head Start has families with many diverse cultures. How can you include them in your daily activities?
___10. Depending on the model, you will be working with three to five other staff sharing one classroom. Give some examples of teamwork.
___11. Teachers are also the bus monitors. How can you make the time on the bus an extension of the classroom?
___12. Three 4 – year olds are playing with blocks and a fourth child sits down to play with them. The other three tell him to go away. What do you do?
