Give examples of developmentally appropriate child initiated and teacher initiated activities.</p><p>___5. At the conclusion of the program year, how do you measure success? </p><p>___ 6. What do you think is the most important aspect that a kindergartener works on and, what is the most important aspect that a preschool classroom imparts to the child? </p><p>___ 7. What is your role in interacting with parents and describe how you would build trusting relationships with families? </p><p>___8. How do you promote continued development of a child’s home language as well as the acquisition of English for Dual Language Learners?</p><p>___9. Head Start has families with many diverse cultures. How can you include them in your daily activities? </p><p>___10. Depending on the model, you will be working with three to five other staff sharing one classroom. Give some examples of teamwork.</p><p>___11. Teachers are also the bus monitors. How can you make the time on the bus an extension of the classroom?</p><p>___12. Three 4 – year olds are playing with blocks and a fourth child sits down to play with them. The other three tell him to go away. What do you do? </p><p>___13.
