Research - Bibliography/Source Cards and Note Cards

You will create 2 sets of cards – source cards and note cards.

On the source card, you will write the citation (MLA style) indicating what your source is and where it came from. For example:

Hardy, Grant. "Great Wall of China." World Book Student. 2009. [Place of access.] 3 Feb. 1 2009 .

You MUST HAVE a minimum of FOUR and up to SIX sources: Try to have a variety of sources--- 1) Cobb Digital Library sources 2) Internet sources of your choice (No Wikipedia) 3) Books, magazine, newspapers when available

Your note cards (where you will paraphrase/summarize information you found in this source):

Ex. “background” Source #2 ?5 1 *Bullet Points – not in complete sentences. *No more than three facts per card

If a book – add page number

Your topic category will reflect areas that you have researched such as “background ,” “impact on the world” etc…
