International Journal of Computer & Information Science (ACIS))

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING YOUR FINAL MANUSCRIPT

1. Your paper must be written in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling.

2. Manuscripts should be typed on one side only of plain white paper (letter size).

3. To format your manuscript correctly, see the Page Layout Guideline.

4. Manuscripts should be single-spaced, with a double space between paragraphs and a five-space paragraph indentation. Allow an extra half space above a line containing superscripts and below a line containing subscripts.

5. Authors must use Microsoft Word 97 or higher in producing the final manuscript and should send in their final manuscript via e-mail as an attachment document. A hard copy of the manuscript should also be submitted.

If authors have any figures, tables, formulas, graphs, and photographs not written in Word 97 or higher format, then authors should leave the appropriate space in the Word 97 or higher file for the figures, tables, formulas, graphs, and photographs. However, the figures, tables, formulas, graphs, and photographs should be included in the hard copy. The publisher will patch your illustrations in the hard copy to the space you provide in WORD 97 file or higher.

6. The total number of pages must be written IN PENCIL on the back of the last page: No marks are to be put on the front side of the original pages; do not put page numbers on your paper. Do not FOLD OR STAPLE your manuscript.
