Dear Members and Friends of Canoa Ranch Golf Club and Torres Blancas Golf Club;

As you have seen, we are working very hard to improve the playing conditions of both Canoa Ranch and Torres Blancas. As we have said, the improvements to the courses is a work in progress, but we have been making progress this year. The owner has reinvested into the courses and that has allowed us to add new equipment, new staff and better agronomic practices. The improvements we have seen are a good foundation to future improvements. As Shelby Futch of The Scottsdale Golf Group has said to many of you “the condition of the turf took several years to deteriorate, and will take a few years of continued focus and good maintenance practices to improve.” We believe we are on our way to returning both courses to the condition they deserve.

We are pleased to present to you the 2017 Membership Plan and Benefits of Membership. Below is an explanation of the types of memberships we are offering, and the associated costs and benefits of each. You will see a few new membership offerings this year. We have listened to you and created membership plans that will fit everyone’s objectives. Also, we have a very extensive member event calendar this year and are very pleased to present the 1st annual Canoa/Torres Men’s Club Championship! Details will be available soon.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Unlimited access to both Canoa Ranch and Torres Blancas Golf Club, 14-day advance tee time privileges, access to the monthly member only events, 20% off all regular priced food and beverage at The Grill on the Green and Abrego Grill. 10% off all regular priced merchandise, invitation to the annual Members Holiday Shopping Night, special discounts for all Scottsdale Golf Group courses and the John Jacobs Golf Schools, complimentary practice balls on the day of play, and 20% off posted guest rates for up to 3 accompanied guests.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP WITH ACCESS FEE: Designed for those who feel they will not be playing enough golf to justify a full membership, you get to enjoy the same benefits but with a lower initiation fee and the simplicity of paying a small access fee each time you play.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP Enjoy the benefits of membership. Your social membership includes 20% off all regular priced food & beverage at The Grill on the Green and the Abrego Grill. As an added incentive, the 1st fifty members to renew their membership for 2017 will receive 2016 club published pricing, and, their choice of a complimentary range pass, or 8 guest passes.

Remember, any existing or renewing annual or seasonal member that brings in a brand new member will receive a credit of $500 for an annual membership, or a $250 credit for a seasonal membership.
