Mayor's Report – Charles F. Swartz, III

 Presentation by the Council Rock Coalition for Healthy Youth Teens about the location of marijuana dispensaries.

Certificates of Appropriateness – Robert King

 Approve the recommendation of the Historic Architectural Review Board and direct President of Council to sign the following Certificates of Appropriateness, thereby approving the historical appropriateness of the application, with final approval by the Code Enforcement Officer.

State Street, Boccaccio Italian Restaurant The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a hanging sign on the front façade of Boccaccio Italian Restaurant. HARB recommended approval of the application, as presented.

COA 2016-035-H Applicant: Frank Pronesti, 408 S. State Street, Unit #3, Fenton Square, Heirloom Studio

The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a wall sign on the front façade of the Heirloom Studio. HARB recommended approval of the application, as presented.

The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of an existing window with a new door. HARB recommended approval of the application, as presented.

The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for revised plans for an addition, and exterior alterations and renovations to the fire damaged home. HARB recommended approval, noting:  Hardiplank siding will be smooth, with exposure to match the existing siding on the house  Gutters will be ½ round copper, with smooth round copper downspouts  Windows in the addition will be aluminum clad  Shutters, including hardware, will be replaced in kind
