With reference to your application for co-operation for the above mentioned Event, IBERIA AIRLINES would like to offer you the following discounts on airfares for delegates and organisers as Official Carrier.

IBERIA:

Conference Delegates, Organising Committee & Speakers:

Discounts on return flights with SEVILLE as a final destination:

Domestic Flights: - Up to 25% discount on full Business Class fares. - Up to 30% discount on full Economy Class fares.

European Flights: - 25% discount on full Business, Economy and Eurobudget fares.

Intercontinental Flights: - Up to 25% discount on full fares: Business, Economy and Excursion published without restrictions and upon availability on the flight.

These conditions refer exclusively to confirmed IBERIA flights (no codeshare flights IB-7000), travelling from 2 days before to 2 days after the Event for Domestic and European flights, and from 7 days before to 7 days after for Intercontinental flights. These tickets can by issued either by IBERIA Ticket Offices or by (to be confirmed). . In the case of Pre-Conference tickets for the Organising Committee, a maximum 8 tickets can be issued applying the “Organising Committee and Speakers” discount. These pax must be authorised in advance and tickets issued by IBERIA Offices.

. To be eligible for these discounts Delegates, Organising Committee members and Speakers must be duty accredited.

. In all tickets for this Event, the following code BT 4 IB21MPE 0153 is to be reflected in the tourcode.

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE:

1) IBERIA will be given Official Carrier status on all literature and documentation produced in connection with the Event, and our logo and discounts must appear in all documentation sent to participants.

2) A Link to www.iberia.com will appear on the Event website.

3) IBERIA must be allowed one page of advertising in one or more of the programmes scheduled to be printed.

4) IBERIA ‘s advertising must be present at the Event. IBERIA must appear on posters and/or credits of the Event, as well as all the other companies that are collaborating on it.

5) Once the event is finalised, you must send, to this unit, examples of the official programme and graphical support for IBERIA ’s records.
