Aim. To study clinical efficiency of an autologous biomedical cellular product in therapy of a burn of skin in a rodent streptozotocin-induced (STZ) diabetes mellitus. Materials and Methods. Mice males of C57Bl6 weight 20-22 g were object of research. BM-MMSC was received from bone marrow cells, the condition medium at BM-MMSC was collected from cells by 2-4 passages. Fibroblasts received from skin slices, in work used cells 2-4 passages and the condition medium from them. Diabetes was induced by single intraperitoneal injection of STZ (SIGMA, USA) 60 mg/kg in 0.1 M citrate buffer, pH 4.5 in mice males of C57Bl6. The thermal burn of dorsal area of skin under local anesthesia was induced cauterization by the metal pallet, which was previously heated over a spirit-lamp flame. Results. It is shown, statistically significant reduction of the area of defect of skin after single introduction of BM-MMSC to burn area, as at intact mice males of C57Bl6, so at mice males of C57Bl6 with experimental diabetes in comparison with control group and other biomedical cellular products. Conclusion. Acceleration of processes of an epithelization of wound defect of skin in norm is noted and at experimental diabetes at rodents at treatment by a biomedical cellular product. Natalia Bondarenko has completed his PhD at the age of 25 years from Scientific Institute of Fundamental and Clinical Immunology the city of Novosibirsk Russia. He is the researcher of laboratory of cell technologies research institute of clinical and experimental lymphology of Novosibirsk. He has published more than 30 publications in reputed journals.
