Our teachers who teach non-SGP courses will use the following growth measure for the 2016-2017 improvement plan.

 Special area teachers will use the school mean SGP.  Teachers in grades K-3 will use a pre/post assessment.

Implementation Plan

 Special area teachers (Art, Music, PE) will tie in grade level math/ ELA standards into their lesson plans throughout the year.  Teachers in grades K-3 will use data from F & P as well as interims to measure their students’ growth.

Our professional learning goal is to provide teachers with high quality professional development that will have direct application on their instructional practices resulting in increased student achievement. Specifically, this year we are focused on providing professional learning that address:  Implementation of balanced literacy program.
