Assessment Requirements Learning Outcome 1 1.1 Additional interest: e.g. a habitat for wildlife, sound and movement etc. 1.2 Pond design: including aspect, access, visibility and shape.

Learning Outcome 2 2.1 Construction: e.g. using concrete, a flexible liner or a pre-formed shape. 2.2 Differences: learners must outline at least THREE.

Learning Outcome 3 3.1 Water plants: e.g. oxygenators, marginal, surface cover etc. 3.2 Plants: learners must describe at least THREE plants from each category described in 3.1.

Learning Outcome 4 4.2 Maintain clear water: e.g. cover of pond surface, siting and daphnia.
