JOB DESCRIPTION

BUSINESS DEVELOPERS

Purpose: To engage clients and prospects to sell Eduquestindia Training Services, EduTour programmes and Cegos’ industry leading learning & development solutions, through pro-actively managing accounts for growth; and developing new business with targeted public and private sector organisations.

Key Accountabilities  Account manage Eduquestindia clients for long term business development and growth through consistently adding value to client internal L&D strategic and operational decision making.  Generate new business; creating and delivering winning proposals & pitches o Sales and Account Management will be the prime focus of the role with an expected minimum annual revenue of Rupees ₹ 1.0 Cr. for the first year to come from new business won and incremental business developed from an existing account base from the training services and eLearning solution, excluding EduTour business. o Sales can be locally, across India Market.  Positively impact the Eduquestindia team, demonstrating a positive approach to achieving Eduquestindia business goals.  Be able to liaise with Business Developers across Pan India to help leverage business development with existing clients or new prospects.  Local and International scope a possibility dependent on performance and commitment.

Salary & Benefits – approach is of very attractive higher variable rewards - Salary of CTC. Rupees ₹ 8 Lakhs per annum dependent on experience and committed pipeline on entry into the business, with attractive variable package (results dependent). Refer to Annexure A for the proposed remuneration breakdown. - Sales incentives of 2% of all incremental revenue sold up to ₹ 8,50,000 (₹ 8.5 Lakhs) per month thereafter 5% of the billed amount, minus any costs not paid for by client. - Additional EduTour sales bonus: all sales of EduTour will generate a bonus of ₹ 300/- per confirmed student travelling on EduTour, minus any costs not paid for by client. - Statutory 6 months’ probation period - Taxes as per Indian Law

In addition to the above, the following will be provided to facilitate you to carry out your duties: - Transportation Reimbursements: Transport expenses will be reimbursed for official travel outside Chennai zone. - Computer in office space or Laptop for remote working
