Dear Customers,

BSNL extends greetings to its 117.51 million customers and the people of our country on the joyous occasion of Deepawali. May the festival of lights illuminate their life with happiness & prosperity!

BSNL has installed Quality Telecom Network in the country and now focusing on improving it, expanding the network, introducing new telecom services with ICT applications in villages & winning customers confidence. Today BSNL has about 19.57 million basic lines,2.47 million WLL connections ,95.46 million GSM connections ,35911 fixed exchanges,71796 GSM BTS,11882 CDMA BTS towers,197 Satellite earth stations,721481 route km of Optical fibre cable, 582152 villages with VPT.

BSNL is the only service provider making efforts & planned initiatives to bridge the rural urban digital divide. In fact there is no other telecom operator in the country to beats it’s reach with its wide network giving services in every nook & corner of the country (except New Delhi & Mumbai which fall in the licence area of MTNL). Whether it is inaccessible areas of Siachen glacier or North-Eastern regions of the country – BSNL is happy to be at your service.

BSNL serves its customers with a vide bouquet of Telecom Services namely Wire-line, CDMA mobile, GSM mobile, Internet, Broadband ,MPLS-VPN,V- SAT,VOIP,IN Services, FTTH etc. BSNL is at the fore front of telecom Development .BSNL is going to be the major contributor in the establishment of major broadband infrastructure initiated by Govt. of India in the form of NOFN.

Under the GO-Green Initiative, BSNL is encouraging its customers to GO-GREEN by subscribing telephone bill on e-mail. This will reduce the consumption of paper in printing the telephone bills and delivery of bills on cost efficient automated channels basis thereby building awareness and consciousness of environment protection. In lieu of above BSNL is granting 10 loyalty reward points to BSNL LL/BB customers who opt for getting their bill thro e-mail only option scheme will be effective from 01.10.2013.

We have recently launched ‘My BSNL app’ that customer’s may download for free from Android app store or windows app store and make payment of their BSNL bills and recharge their mobile using the same in a very safer friendly and convenient way.

I would like to assure all our customers that they will be provided efficient and quality service to ensure that they feel delighted.
