Subject: Questions and Answers

1. Can we get an overview of past and predicted call volumes? Answer: See attachment: Triage Logic 6 Month Trend Document

Here is some preliminary data for Nurse Triage.

 Date Range – 12/1/2016 to 5/31/2017  Data Included o Encounters – The number of encounters worked by Nurse Triage o TL During Business Hours – This is the number of encounters worked by Triage Logic during normal Nurse Triage hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm) o Total Encounters – Total of [Encounters] plus [TL During Business Hours] o Calls – The number of calls handled by Nurse Triage as reported by GNAV  The data forecasts out two months.

Please be aware that due to upcoming policy and operations changes, the forecasts for Nurse Triage could be completely off base. I would not trust the forecast data due to the changes coming in the next weeks. It is difficult to tell how the same day changes will affect the data.

2. Are there any restrictions in place around the use of home workers? Answer: It will not be a concern for the nursing staff to work from home

3. What are the expected hours of operation? Answer: 8am -6pm M- F (JPS Nurse Triage standard business hours) Need assistance: after hours 6pm to 8am, 24-hours Saturday and Sunday and back-up for overflow of calls during standard business hours.

4. Can we have a breakdown of the call types? Answer: See Attachment: Call Types - Reason for Calls

5. Can we have a breakdown of the most used protocols that JPS use? Answer: We use the industry standard Schmitt-Thompson protocols. See Attachment: Nurse Triage (NT) Protocols It’s sorted by most recent protocol.

All corrections, changes, additions, revisions, and/or clarifications in this Addendum #1 to the RFP are hereby made a part of the RFB/RFP for #LH-0445 After Hours Nurse Triage Call Center.

All Respondents to the RFB/RFP shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum #1 by signing in the space provided and submitting the signed Addendum #1 with the RFB/RFP.

Proposals submitted without an executed copy of this Addendum #1 attached may be considered informal and may be rejected.
