RICK SMITH SEMINAR INFORMATION Friday, July 6th, through Sunday, July 8th, 2007

First-evening registration will be held at the Boonie’s Beef & Brew, Faribaut MN Daytime sessions will be held at R & J’s Rooster Ranch, Lonsdale MN

Full payment is required to reserve a slot in the seminar, checks will not be cashed until the day of the seminar. WELCOME!

Remaining Days: Where 8:00 am Seminar Starts R & J’s Rooster Ranch, Lonsdale MN 12:00 pm Lunch Break 1:00 pm Seminar Resumes 4:00 pm Seminar Ends

Equipment Needed: Lawn Chair (a must) Flat Leather Collar* Check Cord* Lead Rope* Gloves (good fitting leather gloves for check cord work, also a must) Rain Gear (seminar continues regardless of weather) Walking boots Rubber Boots for damp conditions Pans for water and feed Bug Spray / Suntan Screen Sun Glasses

Hotel Accommodations:

Please make motel reservations immediately, rooms are pre-reserved at the Super 8 motel in Northfield, but cannot be guaranteed! – Mention Rick Smith Seminar for reserved rooms.

Dog Friendly Accommodations: Location

Grounds will be available to those who whish to camp at R & J’s Rooster Ranch– please call ahead to make accommodations. (NO HOOK UPS or DUMPING STATION)

Dog Boarding:

Please make advance arrangements to board your dog(s) with R & J’s Rooster Ranch.

Fill out the Boarding Sign-up Sheet and pay at Registration. The charge is $12 /night.

There will be no provisions for dogs during the Friday evening session. If you require boarding, you will need to leave your dog with R & J’s before 5:00 p.m. the evening of registration. R & J’s is approx 5 minutes drive from the Boonies Beef & Brew where registration will take place.

Meals:

Lunches will be catered Saturday and Sunday for a cost of $8.00 per lunch. Reservations for meals must be made at Registration. Use the Meal Sign-Up Sheet so we know the number of people to tell the caterer.

Payment for all meals must be made at or before Registration.

Bottled water and morning coffee will be provided.

Please bring any other drinks or food you may want or need.
