Tentative Chapter Meeting Dates for 2012
There are no chapter meetings scheduled for June, July or August.

Oct. 17 -- Diseases of the Aging Eye – Michael Wagner, M.D.
Nov. 14 – Updates from Medicare - J. David Bozarth – WPS Medicare
Note: Our chapter will sponsor certification exams on the following dates in 2012: 6/9, 9/8, 11/3

Are you currently receiving e-mails regarding the Rockford Illinois Chapter? In an effort to defray costs we will no longer be mailing flyers to announce our meetings. Therefore, it is important that you indicate that you would like to either be a Rockford Illinois chapter member or that you choose to receive announcements regarding the Rockford Illinois chapter via the AAPC website.
Upon joining AAPC, members are assigned to the chapter closest to the member’s address on file. While you are free to attend events at any chapter you wish, each member is assigned to only one chapter.
If you have not been assigned to the Rockford Illinois chapter, you can still receive our event notices.
On the AAPC website, go to the “My AAPC” tab. Under “my account” choose Profile/Preferences. Then click on “local chapters” tab. Your assigned chapter will be listed and you will also have the opportunity to subscribe to other chapters.
AAPC members are always welcome at any local chapter event and encouraged to attend meetings at other chapters when you can.
It is also important that you keep your information current on the AAPC site so that you will receive information from the national AAPC office as well as your local chapter(s).
