A. To inform MPI of all formulation changes in accordance with the details in paragraph 5 of the individual specifications; B. Follow MPI Appeal Procedures for any listing disputes that may arise; C. Pay all testing and document review charges prior to publication of the MPI Approved Product List; D. Pay all applicable MPI listing fees; E. Manufacturer’s electronic and printed reference to MPI approval must contain the actual MPI Product Standard to which the reference refers. Reference to MPI approval must only be in the context of MPI systems F. Samples submitted for testing must be taken from a regular production batch which is representative of the manufacturers typical product.
