Cancellation Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If we are able to re-let the property for the same period all your money will be repaid less £10 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the rent will be payable in full. Cancellation charges may be reclaimed from your holiday insurance if the reason for cancellation (for example illness) is included in the terms of the policy. Note: holiday insurance is obligatory. You and your group can be prevented from boarding the aircraft if you are not covered by travel insurance. If requested we can send you insurance details supplied by a reputable firm.
