CAMSS Recommendation – Automated Score is based on the number of "yes" answers in the individual questions.

Problem statement: What is the reason for the change? Why does the requestor or the team need the change? What is the problem that the change request is supposed to address?

The CAMSS assessment tool computes the score of the assessment based on the number of "yes" answers in the individual questions. This presumably should indicate that a "yes" answer is the preferred one... For the following questions, I would assume the opposite, i.e., that "no" would be preferred. A.2 "Does the implementation of the specification hamper interoperability with the implementation of existing European or international standards?" A.9: "a/ Is the adoption of new European Standards which cover the same areas as the proposed specification (or standard) foreseen within a reasonable timeframe?" A.9: "b/ Are there existing European standards with market uptake which cover the same areas as the proposed specification (or standard) being assessed?" I am reluctant to alter the questions (to remain in line with CAMSS), but as it stands now a standard that "hampers interoperability" will be favourable to one that does not - which does not make sense. I would appreciate any guidance on the best way to proceed.

Proposed change: What is the change that is being requested? Describe in detail the change, provide examples, references, and all the information that may help the CAMSS team to properly classify and evaluate the change. Is there a proposed approach to how to make the change? Explain that here.

Change the “CAMSS Recommendation” phase in order to count:  Criterion answered Favourable (all criterion answered with Yes, except A2, A9a, A9b)  Criterion answered Unfavourable (all criterion answered with No, except A2, A9a, A9b)

The formula of “Automated Score” must be change to be: number of favourable criterion / number of answered criterion. These changes must modify the graphs.
