Poštovani! Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje kao javna ustanova vodeći je akter u razvoju hrvatskog tržišta rada. U skladu sa smjernicama EU preuzima ulogu promotora, povezivanja socijalnih partnera i institucija na lokalnoj, odnosno regionalnoj razini. Jedna od aktivnosti značajna za suradnju s poslodavcima i razvoj lokalnog partnerstva su sajmovi poslova. Mjesec ožujak proglašen je mjesecom sajmova poslova i u tom razdoblju održati će se 22 sajma (u svim županijama). U Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji Sajam poslova održati će se 22. ožujka 2012. g. u Sportskoj dvorani Srednje škole Krapina, a pod pokroviteljstvom Krapinsko – zagorske županije i Grada Krapine. Kroz Sajam poslova ostvaruje se direktni kontakt između poslodavaca i potencijalnih radnika, potiče na aktivnost u traženju posla, omogućava partnerstvo svih dionika na tržištu rada, pruža informacije o mogućnostima obrazovanja, volontiranja, stipendiranja i cjeloživotnog učenja te naglašava važnost znanja i vještina potrebnih na tržištu rada čime želimo omogućiti bolju usklađenost ponude i potražnje na lokalnom tržištu rada, te jačati partnerstvo svih koji sudjeluju u razvoju gospodarstva. Aktivnosti su namijenjene poslodavcima, nezaposlenim osobama, studentima, učenicima završnih razreda osnovnih i srednjih škola, te svima ostalima koji žele graditi karijeru i upoznati se sa ponudom na tržištu rada na području županije. Partneri Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje PS Krapina u organizaciji Sajma su dionici koji mogu utjecati na kretanja na regionalnom tržištu rada: Krapinsko- zagorska županija, Grad Krapina, Županijska obrtnička komora, Hrvatska gospodarska komora ŽK Krapina, Zagorska razvojna agencija, SŠ Krapina, veleučilišta, i drugi. Kao aktivni sudionik na tržištu rada želimo doprinijeti razvoju Krapinsko-zagorske županije. Nadamo se da će Sajam ispuniti svoj cilj i Vaša očekivanja. Zagorje predstavlja sklop osobina koje svaka regija može poželjeti. Počevši od najvažnijeg segmenta takve sredine, a to je čovjek, definiraju se politike Krapinsko- zagorske županije koje za cilj imaju napredak, gospodarski i društveni. Napredak naše županije ostvariv je pod pretpostavkom uravnoteženog lokalnog razvoja. Razvoj je uvjetovan svojom održivošću, posebno naglašavajući razvoj u kontekstu čovjeka i njegova prirodnog okruženja. Krapinsko-zagorska županija svoju ulogu vidi kroz stvaranje uvjeta za životnom realizacijom, privatnom i profesionalnom, svakog građanina i svake građanke. Uloga koja pripada Županiji u definiranju napretka prožeta je europskim vrijednostima, ljudskim i građanskim pravima, suprotstavljena diskriminaciji, ekonomskoj, rodnoj, dobnoj i svakoj drugoj. Krapinsko-zagorska županija nastavila je s programima poticanja razvoja malog i srednjeg poduzetništva. Valja naglasiti kako se ovaj iznimno važan segment županijskih politika odnosi u prvom redu na povećanje konkurentnosti zagorskog gospodarstva te unatoč nepovoljnom recesijskom okruženju pokazuje dobre rezultate. Županija je i od strane Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i prirode prepoznata kao predvodnik projekata energetske učinkovitosti te primjer koji trebaju slijediti i druge hrvatske županije. Svakako da tome u prilog ide činjenica da uz podršku Europske investicijske banke i Privredne banke Zagreb provodimo projekte energetske učinkovitosti u zagorskim školama vrijedne deset milijuna kuna. Iznimno aktualna tematika financiranja projekata sredstvima Europske unije prepoznata je od strane institucija Krapinsko-zagorske županije, posebice Zagorske razvojne agencije koja već godinama pripada

Biogenic amines content was determined, and its concentration levels were associated with the geographical origin of the wine. Due to its high sensitivity, HPLC method with ultraviolet detector was used, including the derivatisation step with dansyl chloride. The method was applied to detect and quantify 11 biogenic amines in 48 red and white wines. It was found that both Dalmatian red and white wines are characterised by tryptamine (0.23–1.22 mg L−1), putrescine (0.41–7.5 mg L−1) and ethanolamine (2.87–24.32 mg L−1). White wines from the Hrvatsko zagorje region are characterised by content of isopentylamine (0.31–1.47 mg L−1), putrescine (0.27–1.49 mg L−1) and ethanolamine (3.80–17.96 mg L−1).

    The Early Upper Paleolithic of Croatia by Ivor Karavanic Abstract: Early Upper Paleolithic industries from Vindija and Velika Pecina caves in Hrvatsko Zagorje (northwestern Croatia) are discussed together with their chronological and paleontological framework. The Early Upper Paleolithic in this region begins with a warm oscillation within the last glaciation, dated between 34 and 33 ka. At Vindija and Velika Pecina the earliest Upper Paleolithic follows Mousterian occupations and differs significantly from the Western European Aurignacian. It is also different from the Central European Aurignacian, but is quite similar to industries from the Slovenian Alpine sites of Potocka Zijalka and Mokriska Jama. In Vindija the Early Upper Paleolithic is possibly associated with late Neanderthals, while in Velika Pecina it is preceded by a level that contained a bone of an early modern human. Introduction The sites of Croatia especially the region of Hrvatsko Zagorje (northwestern Croatia), are known world wide in archaeology and paleoanthropology because of important finds of fossil hominids (Smith 1994; Wolpoff 1996a) and their material cultures (Karavanic 1995; Malez 1978; Montet-White 1996; Simek & Smith 1997). The most important Mousterian sites in this area include Krapina, Vindija, Velika Pecina and Veternica. Besides containg Mousterian assemblage, both Vindija and Velika Pecina (Figure 1, nos. 1 and 2) also have the Upper Paleolithic industries associated with fossil human remains.

Revered and still seen as a hero by many in his native Zadar region, Gotovina’s trial is sure to bring home some controversial elements of Croatia’s Homeland War. Uz geografski princip regionalizacije, u radu govori se i o negeografskoj region- alizaciji s obzirom na upravno-političku organizaciju Hrvatskog zagorja. Na kraju rada razmatra se razvoj kotareva Hrvatskog zagorja: Ivanca, Novog Marofa, Pregrade, Zlatara, Stubice, Krapine i Klanjca. Ključne riječi: Hrvatsko zagorje; regionalizacija; prostorna dimenzija; historijsko–geo- grafska obilježja; kotar Znanstveno determiniranje pojma geografskog prostora Hrvatskog zagor- ja (kraće Zagorja) u prošlosti ni među znanstvenicima nije bilo u potpunosti ujednačeno, a problematika ostaje otvorena i u suvremeno vrijeme. Na početku XIX. stoljeća Zagorje nije predstavljalo političku cjelinu, što je vidljivo iz Malog zemljopisa za početnike koji je izdan u Varaždinu 1847. godi- ne, a napisao ga je Antun Rožić. Prema poglavlju Horvatska Zemlja, Hrvatsko je zagorje bilo u administrativno–upravnom pogledu razjedinjeni prostor jer su se područja Stubice i Bistrice nalazila u administrativnom sastavu Zagrebačke županije (varmeđe), dok su se Krapina, Klanjec, Radoboj, Sutinsko, Lepoglava, Trakošćan i Klenovnik nalazili u Varaždinskoj županiji. UDK 911.3:728.71](497.57/.58) Original Scientifi c Paper Izvorni znanstveni članak Recent Characteristics of the Second Home Phenomenon in the Croatian Littoral Vuk Tvrtko Opačić The study analyses the characteristics of developmental dynamics and spatial distribution of the second home phenomenon in the Croatian littoral, the leading receiving second home area in the country, after the Second World War, with particular emphasis on the recent period (after the Homeland War and Croatian liberation). The period of the conversion and adaptation of the existing and abandoned housing stock into recreational second homes (mostly in 1960s and 1970s) and the period of the construction of the purpose-built dwellings for vacation and recreation, i.e. family weekend-houses (in 1970s and 1980s), was followed by the period of a more intensive construction of multi-apartment recreational buildings (from mid 1990s until the present time). The second home phenomenon fi rst spread in the area of the Northern Croatian Littoral. Then, between 1980 and 1990, it made signifi cant inroads also into Dalmatia. After the Homeland War and in the last ten years, it again became more prominent in the Kvarner and Istria. The geographical distribution of dwellings for vacation and recreation in 2001, covering the period between the two censuses of 1991 and 2001, reveals the persistence of earlier trends towards greater concentration of second homes in the leading tourist regions along the Croatian littoral, but also the increased dispersion into the regions which do not have as high value for tourism but are suitable for accommodating second home dwellings.
