CALGARY`S 1ST ANNUAL MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS MOTORCYCLE TOY RUN

WAIVER / RELEASE FORM EVERYONE PARTICIPATING MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM

I hereby Waive and release any and all claims for myself and my heirs against “CALGARY`S 1st Annual Magic Of Christmas Motorcycle toy run, The Magic OF Christmas ( a nonprofit charitable society ), All of the sponsors and staff of the event for any injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation in this 2014 Toy Run.

The undersigned (on behalf of my heirs , personal representatives, successors, and assigns) for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Calgary’s 1st Annual Magic Of Christmas Motorcycle Toy Run, ( hereinafter , Event(S)) Sponsored And or conducted by The Magic Of Christmas (a nonprofit charitable society) , Its respective officers, directors, employees and agents ( hereinafter the released parties ) releases and holds harmless the “released parties” from any and all claims and demands, rights, and causes of action f any kind whatsoever which I now have or later have against the “released parties” in any resulting form, arising out of , or in connection with my participation in any said “event”. This release extends to any and all claims I have may have against the “released parties” whether or not such claims result from negligence (except willful neglect) on any part of any or all the “released parties” with respect to the “event(s) or with respect conditions, Qualifications, instructions, rules and or procedures under which the event(s) are conducted or from any other cause.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS I AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY OR ALL OF THE “RELEASED PARTIES” FOR ANY INJURY RESULTING TO MYSELF OR MY PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SAID EVENT(S).

I am experienced in and familiar with the safe operation of the motor vehicle (motor cycle) and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in its operation. I am voluntarily participating in the event(s), whether or not such risk results from negligence (except willful Neglect) on the part of any or all of the “released Parties”, or other participants.

BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE / WAIVER, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT I AM NOT RELYING ON ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”.
