Terence (TK) Dodd – Head Coach
TK is a Smyrna native where he attended F.T. Wills High School from 1985-1988. While at Wills, TK was a 4 year letterman in football and was the team’s quarterback. He earned a football scholarship to NC State where he played for Dick Sheridan, lettering in 1990. TK coached as a Student Assistant under Dick Sheridan during the 1991-92 seasons. He coached as a Student Assistant under Mike O'Cain during the 1993-94 seasons.
TK returned to Cobb County as a coach at Walton High School. He was the Defensive Backs coach (2001-2003) and Head Girls Track Coach (2002-2003). TK came to Campbell as an Assistant Coach in 2005 and has coached Defensive Ends (2005), Running Backs (2006-07), and Quarterbacks (2008). TK was named the new Head Coach beginning with the 2009 season.
TK is married to his wife, Jo. They have two sons, Deon (12) and Drew (6). They are expecting the birth of their third son in November.
James Thigpen – Asst. Head Coach/Linebackers
Coach Thigpen is currently the Assistant Head Football Coach and Linebackers Coach at Campbell High School. Coach Thigpen is married to his wife Regine, and has a 2-year old son, Sabien. Coach Thigpen attended Moss Point High School in Mississippi where he lettered in three sports, football, baseball, and track, while competing on the state’s 5A level. He was a standout athlete receiving All-County, All-District, and Honorable Mention All-State honors in football. Coach Thigpen also won the Boy’s Class 5A State Championship in track & field in the discus throw. Coach Thigpen also excelled in academics and was named to his high school’s Hall of Fame.
Following high school, Coach Thigpen went on to earn an athletic football scholarship to attend Alabama State University, where he played 1-AA football in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Therapeutic Recreation. While playing college football, Coach Thigpen received several distinguished honors to include Special Teams Player of the Week and Most Improved Linebacker as a sophomore, and Best Linebacker in the spring as a junior. At the beginning of his Redshirt Freshman season, Coach Thigpen earned a starting role as an Outside Linebacker and also played Middle Linebacker. During his senior campaign, he transitioned to Defensive End where he continued to excel in his starting role. Coach Thigpen’s coaching experience includes coaching Linebackers at Sydney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama. Stephen Adley – Defensive Coordinator/DB’s
Coach Adley hails from Omaha, Nebraska. He played linebacker in the Frontier Conference at Carroll College of Helena, Montana. He began his teaching social studies/coaching career in 1993 at Lakeside High School of Dekalb County. Later, he became both the head football and baseball coach of Chamblee High School from 1998-2000. He was named Cobb County Touchdown Club Co-Defensive Assistant Coach of the Year in 2006 while serving as Wheeler's Defensive Coordinator.
Coach Adley lives in Kennesaw with his wife, Laurie, and their three dogs: Elsa, Willy Mo, and Jack.
Phil Sandifer – Offensive Coordinator/OL
Phil graduated from Red Bank High School in Chattanooga, TN in 1998. He was awarded the Region Offensive Lineman of the year in 1997 and was also named AP All-State in 1997. He then attended Carson-Newman College where he played football from 1998-2002. He was a member of teams that won 4 Conference Championships and also played for 2 National Championships.
After College, Phil began his football coaching career at Campbell High School in 2003. While at Campbell, he coached in 3 playoff games, helping Campbell reach its first in 10 years in 2003 and winning its first in 20 years in 2006. He has coached several positions including Freshman Defensive Coordinator, Varsity Defensive Line Coach, Varsity Offensive Line Coach, and Assistant Head Coach. Phil is currently the Offensive Coordinator. Phil spent the 2008 season coaching at South Cobb High School where he served as their Offensive Line Coach and the Offensive Coordinator. Since Phil began coaching, it has been his pleasure to have been the position coach for 11 kids who have gone on to play College football in some capacity.
Phil has been married for 8 years to Jessica Owensby-Sandifer of Chattanooga, Tennessee. They have a dog named Mogwai. Brad Hawkins – Defensive Line/JV Defensive Coordinator
Brad is a Smyrna, GA native and a graduate of Wills High School where he played linebacker for their football team. He attended Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, GA. After college, Brad returned to Smyrna and was a volunteer coach for the Wills 8th Grade football team where he eventually coached current Head Coach TK Dodd.
Brad left coaching to become a Georgia High School Official where he called football games all over the state from 1987 – 1998. He then returned to coaching as a volunteer baseball, softball, basketball and football coach for Smyrna youth associations.
In 2004, Brad became the Campbell Middle School Program Coordinator, and in 2005 he also became the 7th Grade Team Head Coach. After taking a year off in 2008, Brad joined the coaching staff in 2009 at Campbell High School as the Defensive Line Coach and the JV Defensive Coordinator. Brad is also on the Campbell baseball coaching staff.
Brad has been married to his wife, Donna (also a Wills grad), for 21 years. They have one daughter, Taylor, who is currently a sophomore at the University of Alabama. They also have one son, Cory, who is a sophomore at Campbell. They also one dog, Gabby.
Brian Smith – Wide Receivers/JV Head Coach
Bria n Smith received a full athletic scholarship to play WR at Florida A&M University and graduated with honors in 1997. Upon graduation, Coach Smith taught and coached in both Cobb County and Atlanta Public School systems. Coach returns to education, and has also been involved in sport performance training, having an opportunity to train middle school to professional athletes since 2001.
Coach Smith will be responsible for coaching WR's and is excited about the chance to be working with the Campbell Spartans. David Mack – RB’s/Inside Receivers/JV Offensive Coordinator
David grew up in Philadelphia, PA and played 3 years Varsity football for Central High School in Philadelphia. He attended the University of Pittsburgh.
David has been a volunteer/community coach in the Campbell program in a variety of ways since 2001.

Dave Greenstein – Linebackers/9th Grade Head Coach
Dav e grew up in Elk Grove, Illinois where he played football (linebacker) at Lockport High School. He then went on to play at Eastern Illinois University.
Before moving from Illinois to Georgia in 2002, Dave was a volunteer coach at Lockport High School. He is starting his 5th year as a coach at Campbell and is currently the linebackers coach. This is also his 3rd year as the Freshman Head Coach.
Dave is married to his wife, Erin. Jamaal Wilson – QBs-RBs/9th Grade Offensive Coordinator
Jama al grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he played high school football. He went on to play college football and is a graduate of Purdue University.
Jamaal has coached football for the last four years, all in the Campbell program. He coached in the Campbell middle school program during the 2006 and 2007 seasons. Jamaal joined the Campbell High School staff in 2008 and is currently the QBs- RBs/9th Grade Offensive Coordinator.

Shawn Slenczka – 9th Grade Defensive Backs
Shaw n played four years for the Glenbard East Rams in Lombard, IL where he was a two-year varsity letterman in football. Coached two years at Walden Middle School helping defensive Photo backs and wide receivers. He grew up in the Chicago Coming Metropolitan area and moved to Atlanta 6 years ago. This is Soon Shawn’s first year coaching football at Campbell. He is the freshman DB coach and also the new head wrestling coach.
Shawn is married to his wife, Chandra, and they have a 1 year old puppy named Wrigley. Kyle Hart – 9th Grade Wide Receivers
Kyle’s hometown is Felton, Delaware where he played football at Lake Forest High School. He then went on to play football at Delaware State University.
Kyle is currently the 9th Grade Wide Receiver’s Coach at Campbell. Prior to Campbell, he was the Freshman Coach at South Cobb High School.
Kyle is married to Lynda Hart. His mother, Terry Hart, and brother, Brandon Hart, live in Millville, NJ.

Colema n is a 2009 graduate of Campbell High School where he played Quarterback for 4 years under current Head Coach, T.K. Dodd. Photo Coleman currently attends Georgia Highlands College where he Coming plans to earn his degree in Special Education. Soon

Dr. Linkhorn is a graduate of Life University and received her Bachelors of Science in Biology – Genetics from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. As an athlete herself, Dr. Linkhorn has adopted a “hands on” adjusting style that facilitates injury healing and can correct muscle weakness associated with misalignments of the spine or extremities.
In addition to being a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Dr. Linkhorn holds two certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) – Performance Enhancement Specialist and Exercise Specialist. Dr. Linkhorn is an adjunct faculty member of Life University where she teaches labs in Orthopedic Diagnosis and Physiotherapy. She also speaks at various locations across the country educating fellow Chiropractors on the topics of Physiotherapy and Functional Rehabilitation.
In her free time, Dr. Linkhorn volunteers as the team doctor for the Campbell High School football team, as well as training for the Augusta Ironman 70.3 held in Georgia.
