We are looking for a Community Manager, who will align our business objectives with local partnerships and events, by building a strong community. This individual knows what’s going down in the city and the people shaking things up. Responsibility

● Plan, Manage & Execute the social media strategy for the brand across identified social platforms specifically using Instagram & Snapchat. ● Be responsible for content creation through internal / external resources. . ● Responsible for content amplification driving relevant reach for the brand. ● SPOC for partners, publishers & platforms on all brand content related requirements ● Co-ordinate with internal departments for resolving customer queries on Social Media specially customer service & sales. ● Report on Social Media Metrics for engagement & reach. ● Work with agency partners along with building direct relationships with bloggers, community managers, influential Instagrammers. ● Be the new media evangelist within the company, always ahead of the curve & keep the teams informed on new trends & developments. ● Manage paid media campaigns from time to time driving the engagement & reach goals. ● Integrate Social Media Usage in the on ground activations, partnerships & brand campaigns.

Requirements

● Any Graduate/PG with 7-8 years’ experience in managing social media & content for a consumer brand. ● Ability to think creatively & come up with remarkable ideas having potential to spread through social channels. ● Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt & be comfortable in conversing in brand’s tonality (witty, clever, friendly & quirky) ● Goal oriented & data driven. ● Active usage of Social Media Platforms especially Instagram & Snapchat will be a bonus. ● Clear and succinct communication skills - both spoken & written. ● Self starter and highly motivated individual ● Ability to think on your feet with a solution oriented approach.
