Secretary’s Report Confusion over a bag of compost. Plot holder will pay for the bag and another bag will be ordered. Lyn to contact Toilet people Toilets need cleaning Alan Morrow contacted to say he would like the decision on Plot 42 to be made by Committee. Committee looked at previous letters sent re non-payment of rent and letters sent about condition of plot. They also considered the 90+ people on the Lyn to let Alan Morrow know waiting list. A vote was taken: ‘All those in favour of supporting LCC Notice to Quit’ Unanimous decision in favour. Letter regarding plot sent to Plot 20, Letter 1 sent to Plot 89 and Plot 117 – both concerning rubbish collection Treasurer’s Report Current Account as per February Statement £5071.28 Savings Account £4002.68 Rent Collected £6344.75 Management Fee £2411.00 Rent for LCC £3934.00 Need recent bank statements Shop has made since January £465.60 Keys needed to be sorted and money transferred

Brian Abraham has a person called Maria helping with his and Brian Morrows plot. As far as we know D. Carr has not appealed against NTQ Main Items Plug Plants ordered 340 plants. Committee ant to do communal potting up. Need to permission form Community Plot 6 to use polytunnel and house plants Plot Inspection Friday 18th March Inspection Team Matty, Peter, Sandra, Simon, Lyn, Jude, Ernie Meet 10am Plot holders will be informed in advance
