FOUR POINTS RETRIEVER CLUB NAHRA LICENSED FIELD TEST North Dakota Retriever Grounds, Glyndon, MN June 17 & 18, 2006 Licensed by the North American Hunting Retriever Association

The Four Points Retriever Club will hold a double NAHRA licensed hunting retriever field test on Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18 at the North Dakota Retriever Grounds, Glyndon, MN. Advance registrations and payment are required. Raffle and dinner will precede the ribbon presentation. Test headquarters will be located at the NDRC Clubhouse. Check-in for all levels will take place at 7:00 A.M. at the test headquarters. Each participant will be able to obtain a catalog and dinner tickets on Saturday morning before the tests begin. Special notes: Ducks, Pheasant, Chuckar or Pigeons may be used in the test.

 *NAHRA members may deduct $5.00 off the Entry Fee. Your NAHRA membership must be current and the membership number with expiration date MUST be listed on the entry form(s) to qualify for the deduction.  Any Handler 17 year old or younger may enter their dog in the Started Stakes for a $20.00 Entry Fee.  Entries must be received by Saturday June 10.  Four Points Retriever Club reserves the right to make collect calls to complete wrong or incomplete entries. A random drawing will be held to determine the running order in each stake. Send test form(s) and payments (payable to FPRC) to the Field Test Secretary: Patsy Hove 6210 Gopher Blvd North Oakdale, MN 55128 No phone, fax or email entries will be accepted. Waive all signatures-we will not be here to sign. *Please do not call for running order numbers. Check the FPRC website after June 13. www.geocities.com/fourpointsrc . Waiver of Liability: Spectators and participants (dogs and handlers) at FPRC events are there under their own risk. FPRC, NDRC and NAHRA are not liable in case of accidents or injury. Entry or attendance automatically grants FPRC, NDRC and NAHRA waiver of liability, whether dog or person. Regulations 1. Entries must be made in advance and sent with all entry fees. One dog per form, per day, per level. Make checks payable to FOUR POINTS RETRIEVER CLUB (FPRC). 2. Please print clearly/type and complete all sections of the entry form. 3. Refunds are available for scratches (bitches in season and injured dogs) made prior to the closing date. Request for refunds must be accompanied by a written Vet statement stating the reason for withdrawals within 10 days after completion of the field test. Scratch Fee: $25 (after Draw). There is no refund for no shows. Entries not scratched for cause prior to the start of each days scheduled test are considered no shows. 4. The field test will be conducted in accordance with NAHRA regulations. 5. Bitches in season are not allowed on the test grounds. 6. NO consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the test grounds during the Field Test. 7. Dark or camouflaged clothing is requires for all handlers, spectators, and field workers. 8. Training aids (bumpers) may be used only in designated areas. 9. Drive only on designated roads or areas on test grounds and pick up trash. 10. Handlers will provide their own duck/goose calls and hip boots/waders. 11. Spectators and other handlers will be required to keep noise and distractions to a minimum when a handler and dog are running a test. Standard Field Test Awards are given to all qualifying dogs entered as participants. These qualifying dogs will receive official NAHRA rosette ribbons and bands.

Remember, we are guests of NDRC. Please respect all rules and regulations, and only drive off the roads as directed. Please pick up all litter and take it home with you. No training on the test grounds is allowed on either day of the event. NDRC, FPRC and NAHRA assume no liability for dogs or handlers participating in these events. Map

Directions  West I-94 going from Twin Cities towards Fargo, ND.  Take Sabin Exit #6 (Hwy 11).  Continue North 2 miles to US Hwy 10.  Turn East on Hwy 10 1.5 miles. There will be no concessions at the test. Please bring your own lunches.

Everyone is invited to attend our dinner, awards presentation and raffle to be held at the NDRC Clubhouse Saturday night. Please purchase your dinner tickets in advance. Send your reservation with your entry form.
