Warehouse Survey

The success of our employees is important to us. Over the years we have found that when a person fits a job and the job fits the person, everybody wins. We would like to ask you some questions about yourself and your work experience. This will help you and us determine if the job is a good fit.

There are no right answers. It is important to respond to the questions honestly. Trying to guess what we are looking for may work against you. Give answers based on who you are, rather than who you think we want you to be.

Circle the letter beside an answer to each question that best describes you. There is no time limit, but the quicker you are, the more accurate you probably will be. First reactions are usually most accurate.
