In respect of referees and officials the Hotel Reservation will be done by the Irish Judo Association and details of flights should be submitted to the office at the earliest possible date

In case of any damage to hotel property and/ or competition venue caused by a participant in the event, the club/ national federation of that individual will by charged by the organising committee Transfer The Irish Judo Association will endeavour to provide transport for visiting teams staying in Citywest Hotel only, however this is a limited service and we would be obliged if you would please confirm whether transport will be required as soon as possible as places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. For all other competitors, competition will be carried out according to the rules and sporting codes of the IJF/ EJU KO system. Judogi & Judogi The competition will be held in white and blue judogi and in line with the rules as set down Control by the IJF and EJU. Where a competitor elects to wear a blue judogi, he/ she must also have a white judogi available to conform with the rules- This will be strictly enforced The women must wear a white non-transparent t-shirt. The bras must not have any hard pieces. Long hair must be tied up with the appropriate elastic band. Make up and jewellery are prohibited. Nails should be cut short The judogi control will be performed by the referees Insurance Each national federation/ club is responsible for insuring its competitors against injury and third party risk during the relevant period. The Irish Judo Association will not accept any liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising.

Friday 22nd October 2010 Official Weight-in for Minors 18.00- 20.00 Venue: Citywest Hotel Saturday 23rd October 2010 Official Weigh-in for Minors 07.00-07.45 Competition for Minors will commence at 10.00 a.m. Official Weigh-in for Cadets 07.00-07.45 Competition commences not before 11.00 a.m. Presentation of medals 13.30. All medal winners are to wear judogis Medals will not be given out save at the presentation. Official Weigh-in for Juniors 07.45-09.30 Official Weigh-in for Seniors 07.45-09.30 Official Weigh-in for Masters 07.45-09.30 Competition for Juniors, Seniors and Masters will not commence before 12.00 Presentation of medals for Juniors, Seniors and Masters takes place at the end of the day. Referees are requested on arrival to make their way to the bus, which will be parked at the rear of the short term car park. To get there exit arrival hall and walk through short term car-park which is located directly opposite the arrival hall and the bus will be located directly opposite you- approximately 2 minutes walk. *** Referees are required to share rooms.
