Call for Nominations Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service 2011-2012

All students, faculty, staff and administrative personnel may each nominate one person for the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service. Nomination forms MUST include a statement explaining how the nominee meets the criteria for excellence listed below. Eligible classified professional service members are listed on the nomination form on the bottom of this notice.

A nominee for the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service must show excellence in the following areas:

. How the nominee excels in his/her present position . How the nominee demonstrates flexibility/creativity on campus . How the nominee demonstrates exemplary customer service

Eligible Professional Services Staff (Those with more than three years of continuous, full-time service in the position for which they are nominated.)
