 PHSA Facebook Page- Locke Ellen Kelly

Monitoring web page for anything not appropriate and then removes. We currently have 350 members. We continue to put information up regarding the banquet, Silent Auction items, etc. Jared got the PHSA up on Instagram (Pennhsa) to reach out to members. Jared already had a nice group of photos on the page and followers. We also discussed the need to continually monitor the page.

 Website- Meghan McWilliams/ Linda Furches

We still need to finish the ‘definition’ list; we are still in need of the Breeding information (Emily). Online Membership function goes live. A few details have to be ironed out with PayPal and our account and the information Locke is receiving. Locke and Meghan are working out the issues.

 Banquet- Emily Belin/ Marcus Sadler

As of today we have 176 RSVP’s. Everything seems to be in order for the Banquet. Ellen will arrange to pick up coolers from The Clothes horse and Mary Beth will pick up the remaining items from Malvern Saddlery. All trophies have been engraved. Set up for the Banquet will be on Friday at 11AM. Also, everyone agreed that we would donate the proceeds to the Omega Horse Rescue.

 Membership- Locke Ellen Kelly 1 We have already over 90 members for 2014, which is ahead of the previous year, at the same time. Emily sent 2014 membership forms with all of the banquet invitations.

 Horse Show Membership- Jay Raach

Jay is working with the local horse show managers to update our current list. Jay will also follow up with Katie to confirm her dates.

 New and Old Business-

High Score Trainer’s award for 2014 will be announced on our web page. Need to discuss what the award will be- recognition, prize?

 Treasures Report- Doris MacDonald

As reported by Doris we have total assets of $29,968.35 split between our MM and checking accounts. Total expenses were $3,375.70 and income of $1,815.00. We discussed our agreement with Diane Boram for her yearly services. Linda will follow up with Diane and report back at the next meeting
