The window may not be able to open properly because pop-up blocker is enabled. Please enable the computers pop-up blocker for Firefox by doing the following:

To disable: 1. Clock on Tools form the main Firefox window 2. Open the Options window in Firefox. 3. Click on the Content icon. 4. Uncheck the “Block Popup Windows” option. Click Apply and OK to close the options window.

Also,in order to draw chemical structures for your answers, you must download and install the following plug-in on every computer you use for McGraw-Hill Connect: http://www.mhhe.com/sem/chemdraw/ .

Don't forget to refresh the page once plug in has been installed. If plug in doesn't install, uninstall current version in your system and install new one.
