1 Data Protection The information you provide above shall be processed only and to the extent required for the proper administration of the Addvantage programme.

Terms and Conditions The following general terms and conditions define the membership rules of the Addvantage partnership programme, fully owned and operated by the British Council.

The number of candidates you register to sit for Cambridge English and/ or IELTS exams within the period 1 January to 31 December in a calendar year will determine the membership level of your institution: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The membership status will be announced at the end of the year/ beginning of following year.

Institutions awarded a membership status, will be able to use their benefits from 1 January to 31 December of the following year.

 The following logo and strapline will be provided to you immediately after submitting this completed form:

Member of the British Council Bulgaria exams partnership programme Addvantage.

 The following logo and strapline will be provided to you immediately after submitting this completed form, in case you are planning to register candidates for the IELTS test:

Authorised British Council Registration Centre.

The logos can be used on any of your promotional materials, both electronic and printed.

Guidelines for using the logos:  The logos must be clearly visible;  There should be blank space around each logo equal to half its height in all directions;  The logos must not be too big (i.e. exceeding the allocated space) or too small (i.e. distorted and unreadable);  The proportions of the logos must not be changed;  Any design work which includes the logos and the strapline should be submitted to the British Council for approval prior it being published.

2 You can start using the logos immediately after submitting this application form. However, we would expect you to start registering candidates in no more than six months from your registration on the programme. Otherwise, you will receive notification to cease use of the logos and straplines.

Being our partner and promoting your institution as a member of the Addvantage programme means that you should register candidates for Cambridge English exams and the IELTS exclusively with British Council Bulgaria. Should you decide to register exam candidates with another examination centre, you must cease use of the logo and strapline immediately and remove any publicly displayed materials that imply partnership with British Council Bulgaria’s examination centre. The rest of the benefits will also be discountinued until further notice.

Benefits cannot be carried over into the following year.

The level of membership will be revised and may be changed or cancelled at the end of every calendar year, depending on the membership requirements fulfilled. The minimum number of registered candidates per calendar year required to receive a membership status is five.

If at any point you wish to terminate your membership, you should inform us in writing. In the event of requested membership waiver, the benefits the participant was entitled to as a member of the programme cannot be transferred to other institutions.
