We are pleased to invite you for participation in the first meeting in the frame of cooperation of CNRS and SB RAS “Nucleic Acid - Protein Interactions for Life Sciences” to be held in Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk, Russia on May 13 – 15, 2013. The objective of this meeting will be to meet each other and present our ongoing collaboration and to schedule the proposed formation for the PhD students as it appears in the application.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts of oral and poster presentations must be written in English and sent by e-mail to Lebedeva Natalia by April 1st, 2013. Each abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (*.doc) and should conform to the following specifications:

Length: a single page of A4, 1.5-spaced, font Times New Roman (size 12 pt), with 2.5cm margins on all sides. All chemical and mathematical formulas must be embedded in the text body.

 Head material (at the top of the page):  Title of the paper (Capitalized)  Author name(s). Please, underline presenting author. If there are authors with different affiliations, use superscripts to match authors with institutions.  Author affiliation(s) and postal address  Email address of principal author (italics).

ACCOMODATION

The Organizing Committee pleased to inform that for those of you who need hotel accommodations it is possible to reserve a room in the Hotel "Zolotaya Dolina".

All foreign participants of the Congress should obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation. To arrange ordinary humane visa (scientific cooperation) formalities in time, please send to the Organizing Committee (E-mail: [email protected]) the copy of the 1st and 2nd pages of your passport (with photo) as jpg. file. Also we need additional information about your affiliation (complete address including full street address, telephone and Fax) and the city name where you are going to contact consulate/embassy. The same data should be send for each accompanying person
