ST. MARK PTPO Activity Fee & School Directory
A C T I V I T Y F E E: Your ACTIVITY FEE covers a portion of the PTPO’s annual operating budget and expenses. In addition to those fees, the PTPO needs to raise an additional $15-20,000 in fundraising to cover expenses. While about 40% of the budget goes toward monetary gifts given to each faculty and staff member at Christmas and at the end of the school year, the majority pays for academic and social activities, fees and supplies that support our students and school. These include, but are not limited to:
- Application fees for the Diocesan Science Fair, Math - Spirit-wear and used uniform sales. League, Grace Art, etc. - STEM and other school-wide assemblies. - Support for Catholic Schools Week, Trunk or Treat, - Social events like the Ice Cream Social, Grandparents St. Nicholas Day, Field Day, etc. Day, Teacher Appreciation Day, etc. - Faculty tuition reimbursement and school wish list items - Refreshments at Back to School night, General PTPO and from computer software to digital cameras and other meetings. laminators. - Academic enrichment, including IXL
S C H O O L D I R E C T O R Y: As a member of the PTPO, this year EVERY ST. MARK FAMILY WILL RECEIVE ONE PRINTED SCHOOL DIRECTORY. Additional copies will be available for purchase for $5.00 each. Family contact information is also available on the secure section of the school website.
