3. Choose three examples of a turnaround document from the following list: a) a gas board meter reading slip b) a multiple choice paper which has been printed by a computer, and which has spaces to make pencil marks c) a bus ticket A, B, E d) a cereal packet with a bar code printed on it e) an electricity bill which has to be sent back with a cheque

4. A cash dispenser outside a bank captures data from the customer before issuing any money. 8. Name two ways of making program choices that do not involve menus. ICONS or COMMANDS

9. Give three different operations you would carry out on a window without losing what is inside it. Move it, Change size, make it an icon

10. Give three ways a package can help you to understand how to carry out a particular operation. Help facility, Manual, Obvious icons, Sensible language
