You will receive a payment request from Homeaway - payment method is either credit card (Visa, MC or Discover) or e- check (e-check cannot be used by International travelers). E-check cannot be used for short- notice reservations, there must be at least 10 days to allow the e-check to clear.

Guest Credit Card Information (Visa, Mastercard or Discover only) Must be issued in the name of the guest signing the lease & not a debit card. The credit card will be used in lieu of paying a security deposit at time of booking for short stays only, less than one month Can only be used by travelers with US credit card - International travelers will be charged the refundable security deposit and there will be a 5 % credit card convenience charge when using International credit cards. We will run an authorization for the security deposit 7 days prior to entry (there will not be a convenience fee charge). The amount will be specified in the lease and depends on length of stay & number of occupants. Please call if you would like more information or confirm the amount of Security Deposit that will be charged.
