Payment Shared Room ¥79,000 (Traditional Japanese-style accom) Couple or 2-person room ¥93,000 (limited availability) NB. Rooms vary in size & luxuriousness… it’s a first-in, first-served situation!

Prices and all payments are to be made in Japanese Yen (¥). In previous years we have accepted payment in Australian dollars but as the Aussie dollar is highly unstable at the moment, we need to stick to one currency - Japanese Yen. (We absorbed quite a loss due to changing exchange rates last year!)

Payment can be made easily via Paypal into our Japanese account.

Unfortunately International bank transfers incur ridiculous fees on both ends to Japan, so Paypal is the best option.

So…here’s how:

1) Inform us of the kind of room you want (shared or twin), and we will send you a Paypal Invoice via email, requesting the amount owing plus the appropriate Paypal transfer fee. NB. Paypal fees are slightly higher than bank fees but LESS than Japanese bank fees!

2) Make your payment via Paypal. They will inform us when it’s clear. Voila! You are registered. * Closer to the retreat start date Maho will email you some more specific info re: getting to/from the venue, what to pack etc.

Cancellation Policy If for any reason, we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be given. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply. Up to 14 days prior to retreat starting date, we will retain a handling fee of ¥10,000, and the rest will be re- funded after the transfer charges. Less than 14 days prior to retreat starting date, no refund given unless a substitute participant can be ar- ranged.

NB. Participation is at your own risk. The teachers cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or in- juries.
