FINAL PERMITS:

1. JOSHUA TREE IMPORTS LLC - LSL.967 Azusa, CA No requirements. Ok to issue final permit.

2. SALES, MACIO - LCA.6566 Café Oasis, Bridgeport No requirements. Ok to issue final permit.

3. FALDU, BHARAT - LIP.14054 Capaco Liquors, Bloomfield Ok to issue final permit when in receipt of bill of sale, sellers affidavit, cancel old permit LIP.12348.

4. PATEL, PRAKASH - LIP.14067 The Liquor Mart, Wallingford Ok to issue final permit when in receipt of bill of sale, sellers affidavit, cancel old permit LIP.13629.

OTHER:

1. CAVALLO, ALICIA - LCA.6333 Grumpy’s Pub & Grub, Plainville Endorse permit with permanent patio approval. Liquor Control Minutes August 18, 2005 Page 2 of 2

2. BIAGETTI, LINDA - LIR.14713 Biagetti Restaurant, West Haven Endorse permit with permanent patio and one additional consumer bar. Need ACB application completed (fee has been paid).

3. KUNZ, ROBERT - LPC.228 Knights Social Club of Stamford, Stamford Commission approved removal on stipulation of completion of investigation and return of publication notice.

4. SCHMIEG JR., ROBERT - LCA.6615 Silk Stocking, Groton After reconsideration, ok to issue final permit when pending charges are resolved on permit LCA.6010, copy of sales and use tax permit, completion of application, bill of sale, sellers affidavit, cancel old permit LCA.6010. Endorse ACB.

5. RYLSKI, ADAM - LCA.6431 John Adams, Bridgeport Assigned to a hearing by commission.
