Tickets are $10.00 each and will be sold at the door the day of the Pageant.

You may purchase tickets early for $8.00 each

Visiting queens no charge (must have current sash and crown)

Chaperones accompanying visiting queens must pay to enter. Royalty Division – $60 for those who have a Princess Title and seeking an opportunity to practice Princess of Eastern Carolina

**I understand that all fees are non-refundable and I agree to abide by all pageant rules. I further agree not to hold Princess of North Carolina pageant, Ginger Baker Princess of Eastern Carolina Directors, staff, queens or their families, Bethlehem Church or its staff responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, thefts, or accidents, which may occur, at any Princess of North Carolina event, or while traveling to or from any event. The Princess of Eastern Carolina pageant is a sole proprietorship and is not owned by Princess of North Carolina State Pageant. The director, Ginger Baker is the sole proprietor of the Princess of Eastern Carolina pageant. I understand that judge’s decisions are final. Any act of bad sportsmanship from contestants or family member will NOT be tolerated and will result in disqualification without refund. There will be a $35.00 service charge for all returned checks. By signing this form, I also release use of any pictures taken at the pageant to be used for advertising purposes. Princess of North Carolina Director and their appointed representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. This event is non-refundable. This is a non binding title, however the winners are expected to return to the 2019 pageant and crown their successor.

Rules and Information:

1) Contestants must have a valid North Carolina address and reside in or be a resident of NC for at least six months of the year.

2) Contestants must be single/ never married, or given birth.

3) Contestants and/or parents are not allowed to approach the judges at any time during the pageant.

4) Judges decisions are final and indisputable.

5) Contestants may move up one age division to compete if they or their legal guardian feel it would be in their best interest. At no time are you allowed to move down age divisions.

6) Score sheets and Photogenic pictures will be available at the auditor’s table immediately following the Coronation ceremony. We will not be responsible for keeping or returning any items left behind.

7) H/M people are responsible for bringing their own table, chair, and extension cords, etc. When finished each H/M person is responsible for cleaning up their own area!

8) One chaperone allowed back stage, hair and makeup person must purchase a ticket.

9) Contestant numbers should be worn on the left side waist area if at all possible!

10) Contestants must be on time for scheduled competitions. We cannot delay competitions to wait for any contestant! It is the responsibility of the chaperone to insure that the contestant is on time for each event.

11) Information on whom or how many are competing in any age group will not be disclosed.

13) We reserve the right to disqualify any contestant or refuse entry to anyone in this or future pageant for poor sportsmanship or not honoring the duties of their title.

14) Financial responsibilities: All queens that are crowned for 2017 pageant year will be responsible for the following financial duties: Purchase of car magnets, money that is needed to organize the fundraiser and float fees for parades.

16) This is a Simi glitz pageant Fake hair is allowed however, please keep it age appropriate. No flippers for teeth. Princess of Eastern Carolina 18) Have Fun and let’s make a Positive experience for ALL contestants and queens! Absolutely no profanity at any time on the premises of the church!

Each Contestant will be responsible for raising at a minimum of $50 for Victory Junction Camp. This is a chance for the contestants to get their community involved as they compete.

The young lady who raises the most money for Victory Junction Camp will receive a 2 hour pageant prep package given by Haleigh Jo Baker.

In addition, each contestant needs to submit a photo for the program book. This must be turned in by November 25 th in order to be included in the program book!!

The program book will be in black and white, so if possible submit a picture in black and white.

Each contestant may also sale ad pages to help with their pageant fees. For each $100 ad page (full page ad), the contestant will receive $25 off their fees. Ad page must be in PDF or jpeg format 8x 10

Supreme Winners: Winners will receive a larger full round crown, banner, and trophy. Supreme Titles will only be awarded if there are at least 15

Wardrobe: Dress of your choosing Casual wear will be OFF THE RACK. You may embellish and accessorize to suit your taste. No pocket books or carry-on accessories allowed for casual wear.
