I. Strategic maps of the Czech republic and Strategic maps of Regions Strategy maps provides an overview of interaction among strategic documents (ministries, regions) to its subject (sphere of interest) and relation to relevant laws with a direct reference to specific strategies and reference to the Public Administration Portal. Overview of currently Strategic maps – a column „version“ includes date of actualisation.

Contacts (national) and Contacts (regional) There are contacts for all administrators and database editors, currently around 150 people. Details to the editors are accessible at a click, if their network is created. Strategy / Documents There are overview of documents in the institution (in our case MoRD), incl. terms of insertation and the names of the editors. Documents ITI / IPRÚ / CLLD Bookmarks are accessible only MoRD staff, otherwise similar to the above. Documents to insert There is a basic working environment for the implementation of the Database. You can enter the information on approved and pending strategic documents or programs and can simultaneously monitor the phase of creation and publishing. As an aid to completing the form and monitoring phases serve Instructions and Procedures (available for download at the top of the page). There are four phases of the disclosure document - Preparing pages editor (1), formal control manager (2), material control MoRD (3), to be published (4). Phases are considering user-friendly approach displays from last to first. Tool for direct links to DS It allows them to knit together the various documents according to the desired structure processed during publication of documents in the database. Interlacing can be performed regardless of the levels of the objectives (e.g. strategic objectives to measure - as required). The preparation of the strategic document online – eMetodika The basis of the module is called eMetodika (bookmark methodology, then bookmark procedures and documentation), it is based on the Methodology of preparation of public policies and the documents can be monitored or handled either directly in the database or in your computer. Beyond the basic level of the user interface you can select a project team with access to the database, choose the opportunity to discuss the document or let the team to comment the document directly in the database (team or quite publicly), and then evaluate the comments. All activities can be done only in selected as all levels.
