BORGO FIORITO POOL AREA RULES

General

The Condominium cannot be held responsible for any loss of valuables or personal effects

The Condominium cannot be held responsible or liable for any accident due to personal negligence or as a consequence of pool users’ behaviour not compliant with these Rules

1) Use of the pool is permitted only to the owners of the condominium, tenants or guests staying on the complex. A maximum of four guest/tenants, excluding the owner(s), per property are allowed to use the pool at any time.

2) The pool is open between the 1st of May and the 30th of September.

3) The pool is closed each afternoon between 14.00 p.m. to 16.30 p.m.

4) Pool users must take a shower before entering water, to remove all traces of oils, body lotions and other substances. The use of shower gels, soaps and shampoo in the shower is strictly prohibited.

5) Pool users must change into clean footwear when entering the pool area.

6) Persons with contagious illnesses, lesions or open wounds must not use the pool

7) Running, excessive splashing, shoving, dunking, diving and object throwing are prohibited.

8) People exhibiting uncivil behavior will be asked to leave the pool area.

9) Smoking in the pool area is strictly forbidden.

10) Spitting in the pool area is strictly forbidden.

11) Eating and drinking is not allowed in the pool area except for water in a plastic container.

12) Glass containers or breakable objects of any kind are not permitted in the pool area.

13) Balls and flotation devices of any kind, except life-savers, are not permitted in the pool area.

14) No animals inside the pool areas. BORGO FIORITO 15) It is compulsory to supervise children at all times. Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
