The Contractor is advised to read the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Subcontract (Third edition of June 2005 with amendments June 2006 – see www.neccontract.com /useful_downloads/ NEC_Amendments_June_2006.asp), published by the Institution of Civil Engineers, in order to understand the implications of this Data which is required to be completed.
